It refuses Apple Pay, mada Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay, cannot sit beside another code or a gift card, and excludes wipes, diapers, milk, Babyzen, Skip Hop, Apple products and gift certificates. The reported codes are all 10%: ACP and LOVE10 are capped at SAR 40, N66 at SAR 50 on mother-and-baby products, PL49 is given two caps (SAR 40 and SAR 70) by the same listing, and PSE300 and HE53 state no cap, with HE53 ending on 31 December 2026 and PSE300 excluding gift cards. Each of these appears on one listing site. ZZ13, which circulates widely, did not work when we tried it in a Saudi basket on 25 October 2026. A sensible order: D360 if you hold the card and the basket qualifies, then PL49 or N66 for the higher cap, then ACP or LOVE10.

Items stocked inside the Kingdom, up to 30 kg, cost SAR 12 to deliver on orders up to SAR 99 and ship free above that; parcels over 30 kg from Saudi stock cost SAR 55 whatever the order total. Items shipped internationally, up to 30 kg, cost SAR 50 on orders up to SAR 499 and ship free above SAR 499; over 30 kg they cost SAR 65. The gap matters: a SAR 150 basket of locally stocked diapers ships free, while the same SAR 150 spent on an imported toy pays SAR 50, more than any 10% code in the list saves. The shipping-rates page read on 18 October 2026 gives no transit time for Saudi Arabia, so we do not quote one. Mixed baskets are not explained in the published rates either; if your order holds both local and imported items, check the fee shown at checkout before paying. Customer care runs by phone daily from 9am to 9pm UAE time, with live chat and WhatsApp around the clock, which is where to ask about a heavy or imported item before ordering.
Mumzworld does not publish a return window for Saudi Arabia on the pages we read on 18 October 2026, so we do not state one. The UAE policy (14 days from delivery, unused items in original packaging, free home pickup) is the only return policy published at this brand, and it is written for UAE orders; do not assume it carries over to Saudi deliveries, least of all for items shipped internationally, where the return leg crosses a border. If you hold a D360 card and your basket has no diapers, wipes, milk, Babyzen, Skip Hop or Apple items, D360 gives 15% up to SAR 60 to 31 December 2026 and is the only official code. Otherwise the reported 10% codes differ only by cap: N66 at SAR 50 (mother-and-baby products), PL49 at SAR 40 or 70 depending on which listing line you trust, ACP and LOVE10 at SAR 40, and PSE300 and HE53 with no cap stated. Skip ZZ13, rejected in our test on 25 October 2026.
The listings are not consistent. PSE300 is described on its page both as new-customers-only and as open to everyone; ACP is called new-customers-via-app on one line and new-and-returning on another; LOVE10 may be first-order only on one of its three scope lines. D360 has no new-customer condition but is limited to one use per cardholder. N66, PL49 and HE53 carry no customer-status condition. If you have ordered before and a code is refused, that is the likely cause; move to the next code rather than opening a second account.
Either, with one wrinkle. PL49 is listed for both the Saudi site and the app, and D360 works wherever you can type the card number directly (not through Apple Pay, mada Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay).
