Trendyol codes in the UAE: what works and what does not
Five codes, five single-site reports, none published by Trendyol, none tried in a basket by us, all last seen on 18 Oct 2026. Within that, they differ in kind.
WELCOME30 is a first-order code at a flat 30%, listed for new UAE customers; an existing account should skip it. FAL is tiered, 40% on a first order and 15% afterwards, and is the only UAE code with a stated minimum (USD 20) and cap (USD 50). The cap controls the outcome on any first order above USD 125, where 40% would exceed USD 50; the listing quotes dollars while trendyol.ae shows dirhams, so the summary decides. RDO is quoted at 25% on clothing; a beauty or home line may fall outside it. CAPTAI is listed for all customers, but the same site quotes different rates for it, a reason to read the summary rather than the listing. RAGHDX covers selected items with no fixed rate.
One UAE help-page rule shapes how you use them: a code cannot be added after the order is placed. If you forgot it, the only route is to cancel the order, if cancellation is still available, and place a new one with the code.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
Trendyol UAE publishes neither a free-delivery minimum nor a flat fee. What it does say is that shipping fees are shown at checkout and vary by destination, so the same basket can cost more to deliver to one emirate than to another, and that many products are labelled free shipping. Free delivery is therefore a property of the item, not of the basket total.
The practical routine: build the basket, open the summary, read the shipping line. If a fee appears, check whether one item is the cause and whether a listing with the free-shipping label offers the same product. Because the fee depends on your address, a friend's figure from another emirate is not yours.
The label has a second effect. Cash on delivery is only available on orders that qualify for free shipping and fall between AED 100 and 1,800, so a basket carrying any fee cannot use it.
