Level Shoes codes in the UAE: what works and what does not
Twelve codes are listed for the UAE and eleven work, as far as a basket test on 17 October 2026 shows. We first entered a made-up control code, which was refused, then each listed code in turn on a star-badged item priced AED 710: OMC22, PLC17, MMC22, DZC100, AAC44, AAC102, PLC87, DZC50, AAC339, AAC18 and OMC28 each brought it to AED 639, a straight 10%. C60, listed as 'up to 10%', came back as an invalid promo code and is marked failed. The eleven are interchangeable in effect; their listings differ only in wording (one says designer footwear and bags, another women's designer shoes) and in the date each was last seen, from 27 September to 29 October 2026. None is published by Level Shoes; the brand's own UAE offer is free delivery from AED 350, which needs no code. What fails in the UAE fails everywhere: an item without the black star, a second code in the same order, a code entered as a guest, and a code used to buy an e-gift card. A test on one AED 710 item is not a test of every item, so check your own total before paying.
Delivery and fees in the UAE
The UAE threshold is the lowest in the region in its own currency: free delivery from AED 350, AED 25 below it. On a AED 300 basket the AED 25 fee is about 8%, close to what a code saves, so a small add-on to pass AED 350 often beats paying the fee. Speed is the UAE's real advantage. Orders placed in Dubai before 8pm are offered 90-minute delivery; in the other emirates, orders before 2pm are delivered the same day. Dubai shoppers can also skip delivery altogether: click and collect is available from the Concierge Desk at Level Shoes in The Dubai Mall, the only collection point the brand publishes. Level Shoes does not publish a cash-on-delivery fee for the UAE. The tested AED 710 item, discounted to AED 639, stayed above the AED 350 line, so the code did not affect delivery; a basket between AED 350 and AED 388 could drop below the line after a 10% code, and Level Shoes does not say whether the threshold is judged before or after the code, so read the delivery line at checkout.
Returns and exchanges in the UAE
Returns in the UAE are free within 30 days of delivery and are collected from your address; you do not take the parcel anywhere. The item must be unworn and in its full original packaging, and some categories are excluded: Pre-Loved pieces, fragrances and socks. Level Shoes does not offer direct exchanges, so a size change is a return plus a new order, and the new order is judged on its own against the AED 350 delivery line and may need its own code. Refunds go back to the original card; a cash-on-delivery payment comes back as an e-gift card that can be used online only, so a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay is the safer choice if there is any chance of a return. The 30 days are counted from the day of delivery, not the day of ordering. Try shoes on a carpet or a clean floor: a marked sole is the common reason a return is refused, and a 10% code does not change that rule.
Paying in the UAE: cash on delivery, pay-later and cards
The UAE payment list is the widest after Saudi Arabia's: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery. Both pay-later services are available, so a star-badged item taken from AED 710 to AED 639 by a code can then be split by Tabby or Tamara; apply the code first so the plan is built on AED 639, not AED 710. Cash on delivery is accepted in dirhams, with no published fee, but it has two drawbacks: Pre-Loved items do not take it, and any refund after a return comes as an online-only e-gift card instead of cash. Apple Pay and Google Pay both appear, which matters for shoppers checking out from the app. There is no UAE-specific card network in the list; cards are the international schemes. Bank-card offers for the UAE, where they exist, sit in the table on this page; they are set by the issuing bank, usually within fixed dates, and are generally used instead of a promo code rather than together with one. Compare the two on your actual basket before deciding.

Before you order from Level Shoes in the UAE
- All eleven working codes gave the same 10% on 17 October 2026, so pick by seen date, not by wording: PLC17 and AAC102 were seen on 29 October.
- A basket between AED 350 and AED 388 may fall under the free-delivery line after a 10% code; check the delivery line before paying.
- In Dubai, order before 8pm for the 90-minute slot; elsewhere in the UAE, before 2pm for same-day delivery.
- Skip C60: it was refused as an invalid promo code in the 17 October test, and there is no reason to retry it until it is seen again.
- Pay by card or Apple Pay if you may return: cash-on-delivery refunds arrive as an online-only e-gift card.
Questions shoppers ask
Which Level Shoes code should I try first in the UAE?
Any of the eleven that passed on 17 October 2026 gives the same 10% on star-badged items, so choose by freshness: PLC17 and AAC102 were seen on 29 October 2026, OMC22 and the AAC339, AAC18 and OMC28 group on 17 October, DZC100 on 27 September. Avoid C60, which was refused. Because they are interchangeable, a refusal means try the next, not a lost discount. The order accepts one code only.
Is it different for new and existing customers in the UAE?
No difference. All twelve UAE codes are listed for all customers; none is a first-order code and none a loyalty code. The requirement that does apply to everyone is a signed-in account, and the test codes were used on an ordinary account. If a listing promises a larger first-order discount, treat it as unconfirmed against the 10% that actually applied in the basket test.
App or website for UAE codes?
The same codes, same 10%, same badge rule and same AED 350 threshold on both. No UAE code in our records is app-only or web-only. Both accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Sign in on either before entering the code; guest checkout is where codes typically fail, and the Dubai Mall collection option is available on both as well.
What is the free-delivery minimum in the UAE?
AED 350; orders under it pay AED 25. The brand does not say whether the line is judged before or after a code is applied, so a basket of AED 350 to AED 388 before a 10% code deserves a look at the delivery line. Dubai orders before 8pm get 90-minute delivery; other emirates before 2pm get same-day delivery. No cash-on-delivery fee is published.
How do returns work in the UAE?
Free for 30 days after delivery, collected from your address, provided the item is unworn and in full packaging. Pre-Loved, fragrances and socks are excluded. No direct exchange: return and reorder. Refunds go to the original card; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as an online-only e-gift card. The 30 days count from delivery, not from the order date.
Can I pay cash on delivery in the UAE?
Yes, in dirhams, except on Pre-Loved items. No cash-on-delivery fee is published for the UAE. The two trade-offs: no Tabby or Tamara on a cash order, and a return is refunded as an e-gift card, not cash. If the size is uncertain, a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay is safer, and the code applies the same way whichever payment method you pick.
Are Tabby and Tamara available in the UAE?
Yes, both are offered in the UAE, alongside Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Enter the code first so the instalments are calculated on the discounted total (AED 639 rather than AED 710 in the tested example). Pre-Loved items follow their own payment rules. Remember that the UAE is one of only three Level Shoes countries where pay-later is offered at all.
Why was my code rejected in the UAE?
In the UAE test, the one refused code, C60, was a listing that did not match a live promotion, so a stale listing is cause number one; check the seen date. Then: no black star on the item, not signed in, a second code in one order, or an e-gift card in the bag. Try another of the eleven that passed; the discount is the same in all of them.
What is the best Level Shoes code in the UAE today?
OMC22: 10% off black-star items. Evidence: Worked in our basket (17 Oct 2026).
Is there a Level Shoes code for existing customers in the UAE?
Yes: OMC22 (10% off black-star items) is listed for new and existing customers.
