The brand's own code for the UAE is SHOP: 10% off full-price items, 6% off sale items, no cap, no minimum, open to every customer on the app and the website, and excluding kids, beauty and a list of named brands. SHOP20 is not available here; its terms name Saudi Arabia and Kuwait only, so a UAE shopper has no official first-order code and the 10% on full price is the published ceiling. The terms were read on 18 October 2026 and carry no end date.
Four reported codes circulate for the UAE, each on a single coupon site and none tested by us in a basket. VER is described as a higher rate on a first order with a lower rate later, without a figure. KIN20 is listed for a first order, also without a rate. Z47 is the only code in our Styli file aimed at existing customers, with no rate. SOM66 is the most specific: 15% or more on clothing with an AED 20 minimum, which almost any basket meets. If any of the four is refused, SHOP is the fallback, and on sale items Styli's 6% rule would limit all of them anyway.
The UAE has the lowest free-shipping line of Styli's six countries in local terms: AED 99 per shipment. A shipment under AED 99 pays AED 12. Because the rule is per shipment, an order that leaves in two parcels can pay AED 12 on the smaller one even when the order total is well above AED 99. Styli does not say whether the AED 99 is measured before or after the code is applied, so a basket at AED 105 with SHOP, which brings it to AED 94.50, sits in a grey zone; adding a small item removes the doubt.
The UAE delivery page adds a line the Saudi page does not have: import fees may be added depending on order value, and they are not refunded. The page does not give the threshold or the amount, so read the order summary before paying, where the fee shows as its own line. Delivery times are not published for the UAE in the pages we read. Styli gives UAE customers 14 days from delivery to return an item. The first return on each order is free; a later return on the same order may carry a fee that Styli does not quantify in the pages we read. Returning several items from one order in a single parcel keeps you inside the free return. The brand does not publish a separate exchange procedure, so a wrong size is handled by returning the piece and ordering again with SHOP, which has no first-order restriction.
One UAE-specific point matters more than the window itself: import fees, when they have been charged on an order, are not refunded when the goods go back. The refund therefore covers the item price and not that line, which is why we suggest reading the order summary before paying rather than after. The Saudi returns page lists innerwear, swimwear, beauty and some sale items as non-returnable; we did not read a UAE-specific list, so assume the same categories are sensitive and check the product page. Two methods are confirmed for the UAE in the pages we read: Apple Pay, which Styli's payment page lists for the UAE on supported devices, and cash on delivery at AED 12, the same as the shipping fee. The cash fee is charged whether or not the shipment clears AED 99, so a basket of AED 80 paid in cash costs AED 104, while the same basket paid with Apple Pay costs AED 92. Above AED 99, Apple Pay or a card leaves the goods price untouched.
Cards are named on the Saudi payment list, and the payment-methods article Styli publishes is a single page for all countries, but our UAE file does not record the card list itself, so check the card step rather than take our word. Tabby and Tamara are not confirmed for the UAE in anything we read; they appear only on the Saudi list, so treat pay-later here as unconfirmed until it shows at checkout. There is no import-fee waiver tied to any payment method. The SHOP code is applied to the item price before you choose how to pay, so it works equally with cash, Apple Pay or a card.

The reported SOM66 claims 15% on clothing with an AED 20 minimum, but it sits on one site and we have not basket-tested it; try it first if your basket is clothing, then move to SHOP if it is refused.
