Level Shoes promo codes: every country compared
Level Shoes is a Dubai-based retailer of designer footwear, handbags and accessories across women's, men's and children's lines, plus a Pre-Loved department of second-hand luxury pieces. Orders are placed on its website or app, and its store in The Dubai Mall doubles as a collection point through the Concierge Desk. It delivers to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and the free-delivery threshold and payment options differ by country.
Yes. In November 2026 the strongest Level Shoes code we list is OMC22 in the UAE: 10% off black-star items. Worked in our basket test on 17 Oct 2026. Each country below has its own page with every code and bank offer.
As of 7 Nov 2026: 31 offers across 6 countries.

Every Level Shoes code in our records does one thing: 10% off items carrying the black star badge, one code per order, with the shopper signed in. None has a cap, a minimum spend or an end date, none is reserved for new customers or for the app, and none is a cashback offer. In a UAE basket test on 17 October 2026, eleven codes each took a star-badged item from AED 710 to AED 639, and one, C60, was refused as an invalid promo code.
The differences that change what you pay sit outside the codes: free delivery starts at KWD 40.000 in Kuwait but at SAR 500 in Saudi Arabia and QAR 500 in Qatar; Tabby and Tamara are offered in three of the six countries; Bahrain does not publish its small-order fee at all. The delivery, returns and payment facts below were read from the Level Shoes FAQ on 18 October 2026, and the codes were last seen between 27 September and 29 October 2026.
How to enter a code at Level Shoes
- Sign in to your Level Shoes account on the website or the app before you start; every code we list requires a signed-in account, and some fail at guest checkout.
- Check that the item carries the black star badge on its product page; the known Level Shoes codes take 10% off those items only.
- In the bag or at checkout, enter the code in the promo code field and apply it before choosing a payment method; the order accepts one code only.
- Read the total: the discount is instant and shows on the order straight away. No cashback offer for Level Shoes exists in our records, so there is nothing to wait for later.
- If the code is refused as an invalid promo code, try another from your country's list before paying; a refused code does not affect the order.
What makes Level Shoes codes different
Level Shoes codes behave like a luxury retailer's codes rather than a marketplace's. The 26 codes in our records across six countries are all the same offer: a flat 10%, applied only to items marked with a black star badge on the product page. There is no tiered discount, no 'up to' range, no cap on the saving and no minimum basket, so a code on a SAR 3,000 star-badged bag saves SAR 300 and a code on a SAR 400 pair saves SAR 40. Unbadged items are simply not discounted.
The second difference is provenance. None of the 26 codes was published by Level Shoes itself; each sits on a single independent listing, and most look alike, three letters followed by digits, with the same string often listed for several countries. AAC44 appears in all six. The brand's own published offers are the free-delivery thresholds, which differ by country and need no code. We basket-tested the UAE codes on 17 October 2026: a made-up control code was refused first, then eleven real codes each cut a star-badged item from AED 710 to AED 639, and C60 was refused. Codes listed for the other five countries have not been tested by us and are shown with the date each was last seen.
Choosing the right code for your basket
Because every Level Shoes code is 10% with no cap and no minimum, choosing between codes is not a question of amount. The maths that matters is the delivery threshold, an official offer in each country. In the UAE, the tested star-badged item went from AED 710 to AED 639; both figures sit above the AED 350 free-delivery line, so the code changed nothing about delivery. In Kuwait, a KWD 38.000 star-badged item becomes KWD 34.200 with a code; both are below KWD 40.000, so a KWD 5.000 fee applies; a KWD 6.000 accessory would lift the subtotal to about KWD 40.200 and remove the fee. Level Shoes does not say whether the threshold is judged before or after the code, so read the delivery line at checkout.
Three other choices are easy. Instant or cashback: every code is instant and shows in the order total, and our records hold no cashback offer, so nothing is claimed later. New or existing: all 26 codes are open to any signed-in customer, and we list no first-order code. App or web: all 26 are listed for both channels, and none is app-only. Pick the most recently seen code on your country's page; if it is refused try the next, since only one code applies per order anyway.
Level Shoes country by country: the differences that matter
The UAE has the lowest bar in its own currency: free delivery from AED 350, AED 25 below, with 90-minute delivery in Dubai (orders before 8pm) and same-day delivery elsewhere in the UAE (before 2pm). Saudi Arabia is free from SAR 500 and SAR 50 below, but Riyadh orders from Saudi stock are free regardless, with 2-hour delivery on selected items; the rest of the Kingdom takes 1 to 3 business days and Dubai-shipped items 2 to 4. Qatar mirrors the Saudi numbers: free from QAR 500, QAR 50 below, 2 to 4 business days. Kuwait is free from KWD 40.000 with a KWD 5.000 fee below, Oman free from OMR 50.000 with OMR 5.000 below, and Bahrain free from BHD 50.000 with an unpublished small-order fee that shows only at checkout.
Returns are the one constant: 30 days from delivery, free, in all six countries, and the FAQ charges no customs duties on a return whatever the address. Cash on delivery exists everywhere in local currency, and no country publishes a fee for it. Pay-later splits the region: Tabby and Tamara in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait; neither in Qatar, Bahrain or Oman. Local card networks appear in two lists only, mada in Saudi Arabia and KNET in Kuwait; Bahrain, Oman and Qatar name none.
Bank-card offers and pay-later
Bank-card offers at Level Shoes are run by the card issuer, not the shop: the discount or cashback is tied to paying with a specific bank's card, usually within a stated window, and applied by the bank or at checkout, not by typing a code. Such offers rarely stack with a promo code: the checkout takes one promo code per order, and a bank discount may be withdrawn if a code is also applied. Treat the two as alternatives and compare: 10% from a code on star-badged items against whatever the bank offer gives on the whole basket. Bank offers are not listed on this page; each country page carries a bank-offer table generated from its own data, with the bank, card, amount and dates.
Pay-later is published and differs by country. Tabby and Tamara are accepted in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. They are not offered in Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, where payment is cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. Apple Pay appears in all six payment lists; American Express only in the UAE and Saudi lists; mada in Saudi Arabia and KNET in Kuwait; Google Pay in every list except the Saudi one. Cash-on-delivery orders that are later returned are refunded as an e-gift card, so pay by card if a return is likely.
Why a code is rejected and what to do
The message is 'Invalid promo code', and it covers several causes. The item is not star-badged: the code is accepted but the total does not move, or it is refused outright; check the product page for the black star and test with a badged item. You are not signed in: every code in our records requires an account; sign in and retry. The code has ended: none of the listed codes carries an end date, which means a listing can go stale without notice; the seen date beside each code tells you how fresh it is, and C60 was already refused on 17 October 2026. Two codes: the bag takes one promo code per order, so a second one is rejected; keep the one that gives the discount.
Other causes are less likely here but worth ruling out. A country mismatch: codes are listed per country and some strings differ by one digit (OMC21 for Saudi Arabia, OMC22 for the UAE); use the code from your own country page and type it exactly. Excluded categories: promo codes cannot buy e-gift cards, and certain brands can sit outside the badge. Minimum spend and app-only limits do not apply to any code we list. If every code fails, the free-delivery threshold remains the one saving that needs no code at all.
Questions shoppers ask
Why did the code apply but my total did not change?
Level Shoes codes discount only items marked with a black star badge on the product page. If nothing in your bag carries the badge, the checkout may accept the code and still show the same total, or refuse it. Look for the star before adding the code, and test with one badged item first; in the UAE test a badged item went from AED 710 to AED 639, a straight 10%. Unbadged items are unaffected whatever the code.
Can I use two codes, or a code on top of a sale price?
One promo code per order is the rule, so a second code is refused. Whether a code applies to an item that is already reduced depends on the badge, not on the sale: a reduced item with the black star is eligible, one without it is not. Offers are not combined unless Level Shoes says so for a specific promotion, and none of the codes we list states that it stacks with anything else.
Is there a Level Shoes code for first orders only?
Not in our records. All 26 codes we list are open to any signed-in customer, new or returning, and Level Shoes does not publish a first-order code in the FAQ we read on 18 October 2026. If you see a listing described as new-customer only, treat it as unconfirmed; the codes that passed our UAE test on 17 October 2026 were used on an ordinary account, and none of them asked whether it was a first order.
Do codes work the same on the app and the website?
Yes. Every code in our records is listed for both channels, and none is app-only or web-only. Both require you to sign in before the code is accepted; guest checkout is where some codes fail. Delivery options, the free-delivery threshold and payment methods are the same whichever you use, so choose the one you find easier and apply the code in the promo code field before you pay.
Which Level Shoes codes have actually been tested?
The UAE codes, on 17 October 2026. A made-up control code was entered first and refused, then eleven listed codes each took a star-badged item from AED 710 to AED 639; one more, C60, was refused as an invalid promo code and is marked failed. Codes listed for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman have not been basket-tested by us; they are shown with the date each was last seen, between 27 September and 29 October 2026.
Do the codes have a minimum spend, a cap or an expiry date?
No to all three, as listed. None of the 26 codes states a minimum basket, none caps the saving and none carries an end date. That last point cuts both ways: a code without an expiry can keep working for months, or disappear without notice. The only minimums at Level Shoes belong to free delivery, which starts at AED 350, SAR 500, KWD 40.000, QAR 500, BHD 50.000 and OMR 50.000 respectively.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Returns are free within 30 days of delivery in all six countries, with no customs duties charged whatever the shipping address. Items must be unworn and in full packaging, and some categories are excluded, including Pre-Loved pieces, fragrances and socks. There is no direct exchange: to change a size you return the item and place a new order. Refunds take 2 to 10 business days to a card; a cash-on-delivery payment comes back as an e-gift card.
Can I use a code on Pre-Loved items or e-gift cards?
Not on e-gift cards: Level Shoes states that promo codes cannot be used to buy them. For Pre-Loved, the brand does not publish whether codes apply, and none of our listed codes mentions the category; what it does publish is that Pre-Loved orders can be neither cancelled nor returned and do not take cash on delivery. If a Pre-Loved piece carries the black star badge, test the code before paying and decide knowing the sale is final.
