November 2026 · 1 offer
Kuwait is served from the Dubai store in UAE dirhams, so the amount that reaches your KNET or bank card is converted at your bank's rate, and the only published saving is free delivery above 299 in site currency, a figure the brand's FAQ contradicts with a higher Kuwait bar. There is no coupon code; the Offers section with reduced prices is where the only visible discount lives.
Every Metro Brazil coupon, voucher and discount code in Kuwait below carries a label that says how we know about it, and the date.
No code confirmed by us in Kuwait in November 2026, but Metro Brazil’s own offer applies without one: Free delivery above AED 299 per the Kuwait banner. Published by the store itself, seen 18 Oct 2026.
As of 7 Nov 2026, Arab Coupon lists 1 offer for Metro Brazil in Kuwait (1 from the store). Returns within 7 days.

Order: our own checked codes first, then codes that worked in our basket, then the store’s own offers, then codes listed elsewhere. A code marked “Rejected” failed our own test and stays visible so you can skip it. The labels are explained in how we check.

Priced in dirhams, not dinars, and the FAQ gives a higher Kuwait bar; checkout decides.
Two things about the Kuwait site shape every purchase before any offer. The first is currency: prices are in UAE dirhams, not Kuwaiti dinars, so the on-screen total is not your statement total, and a KNET or card payment is converted at your bank's rate. The second is that the brand's two sources disagree on the delivery bar. The banner says free delivery above 299 in site currency; the FAQ page gives a higher threshold for Kuwait. The checkout page, after the address, is the only place the real answer appears.
Within those limits, what works is the Offers section, where selected styles showed 15 to 20 per cent reductions on 18 October 2026, applied on the product price with nothing to type. What does not work is a coupon: Metro Brazil has published none for Kuwait and we track no reported one, so there is nothing to test. Kuwait is also absent from the brand's VIP page, which names thresholds for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar only. Buy a size you are certain of, convert the dirham total to dinars before paying, and treat the checkout free-delivery line, not the banner, as the deciding fact.
Metro Brazil does not publish a Kuwait shipping fee on its policy pages. The banner on the Kuwait site promises free delivery above 299, in the dirhams the site uses, while the FAQ states a higher bar for Kuwait; because neither figure is printed in dinars and the two disagree, add your items, enter your address and read whether a shipping line appears. That total is the one you will be charged, converted by your bank. Orders ship from Dubai, so the parcel crosses a border, and duties or taxes may be requested at delivery; the Kuwait pages are explicit that if you refuse to pay them, all fees are deducted from your refund.
Order changes have a narrow window: within 3 hours of ordering and before 3 PM Dubai time on working days, and 3 PM in Dubai is 2 PM in Kuwait. After that the parcel is on its way and corrections become a return, with the fees and deductions that implies. Express and standard transit times for Kuwait are not stated on the Kuwait pages we read, so we do not quote one; ask support by WhatsApp or email if the date matters.
The Kuwait return policy follows the brand pattern: one return within 7 days, for items that are not shapewear, and never free. Two details are specific. First, the Kuwait policy page quotes handling charges in Saudi riyals, SAR 30 to return and SAR 45 to exchange, on a site that prices in dirhams for a customer who pays in dinars; we flag this rather than convert it, since the brand publishes no Kuwait-currency figure. Second, duties and VAT are deducted from the refund, so a Kuwait refund is the product price minus the border charges, minus the handling fee, minus the shipping you paid to send it back.
Added up, a Kuwait return is expensive relative to a single garment, and shapewear, most of the range, cannot be returned at all. The policy therefore rewards certainty: pick the size from the chart, order only what you are sure of, and use the 7-day window for a defective non-shapewear item rather than a change of mind. Keep the packaging and tags until the decision is final, start the request through support within the 7 days counted from receipt, and ask them to confirm the charge in dinars before you ship.
Metro Brazil Kuwait takes cards, and it names KNET among them, alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no cash on delivery. Because the site prices in UAE dirhams, a KNET or Kuwaiti bank card is charged in dirhams and converted to dinars by the issuing bank at its own rate; the brand does not publish the rate, so the figure on your statement will differ slightly from the figure on screen. Work out the dinar amount yourself before paying, and remember that any customs charge at delivery is paid separately, outside the site checkout.
Tabby and Tamara do not appear on the Kuwait pages we read. We list pay-later as not published for Kuwait rather than unavailable, since the brand neither confirms nor denies it; the Saudi and UAE sites, by contrast, list both. Apple Pay is published and may be the simplest route if your card is loaded there. Bank-card promotions on fashion spending, where offered by a Kuwaiti bank, are applied by the bank on the statement and are independent of the brand; the bank-offer table on this page is built from separate data and lists whatever is current for Kuwait.

There is none. Metro Brazil has published no coupon for Kuwait, and we track no reported code for the country; the single offer on file is free delivery above 299 in site currency per the banner, which the FAQ contradicts with a higher bar. The only price discount we saw on 18 October 2026 was in the Offers section, 15 to 20 per cent on selected styles, applied without a code. If a code is published we will add it with its date.
Nothing published differs by customer status in Kuwait. The free-delivery banner and the Offers prices apply to everyone. The VIP tier, which gives free express delivery to high-spending existing customers, is defined on the brand's VIP page for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar only; Kuwait is not mentioned, so we cannot say the tier exists for Kuwaiti accounts. There is no welcome code.
No. The one Kuwait offer we track is marked for all channels, the Offers section prices are set on the products, and the brand publishes no app-exclusive code. Shopping on the website gives you everything the brand offers in Kuwait, and nothing on its pages points to a price or discount that changes with the device.
Two answers exist and they disagree. The banner on the Kuwait site says free delivery above 299 in site currency, which is UAE dirhams; the FAQ page gives a higher threshold for Kuwait. The brand does not publish the fee charged under the bar. Add items, enter your address and let the checkout page decide; that figure, converted to dinars by your bank, is what you pay.
Once within 7 days, for items that are not shapewear, and at your cost. The Kuwait policy page quotes SAR 30 to return and SAR 45 to exchange, in riyals despite the site pricing in dirhams, and duties and VAT are deducted from the refund. You also pay to ship the item back. Given those deductions, a return from Kuwait is best reserved for a genuine fault.
No. Metro Brazil offers no cash on delivery in Kuwait or elsewhere. You pay at checkout by card, including KNET, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay, in UAE dirhams. If duties or taxes are requested when the parcel arrives, those are a separate payment at the door, and refusing them means the order is returned with all fees deducted from your refund.
Not published. The Kuwait payment information we read names cards, KNET, Apple Pay and Google Pay and does not mention Tabby or Tamara. We record pay-later as not published for Kuwait rather than as unavailable, because the brand has not said either way; the Saudi and UAE sites, by comparison, list both providers. Ask support if an instalment option is essential for you.
Because the brand publishes no Kuwait code, any string you enter is unproven and will usually be refused. Check that the site is set to Kuwait from the country selector, since the dirham sites for Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman are separate from the Saudi and Qatari riyal sites. If the complaint is a shipping charge, the basket is under the Kuwait bar, which the FAQ puts above the 299 banner figure.
