November 2026 · 1 offer
Oman is priced in UAE dirhams and every parcel clears customs on its way from Dubai, so the published saving, free delivery above 299 in site currency per the banner, comes with a higher FAQ figure for Oman and possible duties at the door; there is no coupon code. The thing to watch is a refused or missed delivery, which the brand treats as a return with all fees deducted, or as a loss with no refund if the shipment is destroyed.
Every Metro Brazil coupon, voucher and discount code in Oman below carries a label that says how we know about it, and the date.
No code confirmed by us in Oman in November 2026, but Metro Brazil’s own offer applies without one: Free delivery above AED 299 per the Oman banner. Published by the store itself, seen 18 Oct 2026.

Priced in dirhams; the FAQ gives a higher Oman bar, and customs may add charges at delivery.
Oman is the most demanding of Metro Brazil's six markets, and not because of any code. Prices show in UAE dirhams, the banner promises free delivery above 299 in that currency while the brand's FAQ gives a higher bar for Oman, and the parcel passes through customs, which the brand says can add time. What works is narrow: clearing whatever threshold the checkout page shows after your address, and buying from the Offers section, where prices are already reduced. VIP does not apply; the brand's VIP page names thresholds for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar and does not mention Oman.
What does not work is a coupon: none is published for Oman and none is reported, so there is nothing to enter or test. The decisive fact for Oman is what happens if a delivery fails. A parcel returned because the courier could not reach you, or because duties were refused at the door, is refunded minus all fees; a parcel destroyed in that process is not refunded at all. A correct phone number and a willingness to pay the border charges are worth more than any discount here, and the right size comes before all of it.
The Oman banner shows free delivery above 299 in site currency, UAE dirhams, but the brand's own FAQ gives a higher threshold for Oman, and the shipping fee under the bar is not published on the policy pages. The number that counts is the one at checkout after you enter your address. Transit is 2 to 4 working days for express and 4 to 7 for standard, and the Oman pages add a caveat the others do not: customs can delay the parcel beyond those windows. Orders travel from Dubai, so every Oman delivery is an import.
That has two consequences. First, duties or taxes may be requested at delivery; the brand does not publish the amount, and refusing to pay turns the order into a return with all fees deducted from the refund. Second, the courier needs to reach you: the brand states that a shipment returned because the recipient could not be contacted is refunded minus all fees, and one destroyed is not refunded. Give a phone number you answer and an address staffed on a working day. If you need a date, order early rather than upgrading to express; customs timing is outside the brand's control.
Oman follows the one-return rule: one return within 7 days of receipt, for non-shapewear items, at your cost. Two timing facts are specific to Oman. Shipping the item back to the warehouse takes 3 to 6 working days, and the brand adds a day to process it on arrival, so from handing the parcel over to a refund being issued is roughly one to one and a half working weeks, on top of the 7 days you had to decide. Plan the return on day one or two, not day six, because the window is counted from receipt, not from dispatch of the return.
The Oman pages state that a refused shipment is refunded minus all fees, and do not say whether duties and VAT come off a voluntary return, so ask support before shipping. They also quote no handling charge in rials or dirhams. Shapewear, the bulk of the catalogue, cannot be returned at all. The sensible Oman strategy is the same as elsewhere, with higher stakes: settle the size from the chart first, treat the 7-day return as insurance against a fault, not a fitting room, and accept the parcel rather than refuse it, because refusal costs more.
There is no cash on delivery in Oman, which matters more here than elsewhere because Oman parcels can attract charges at the door. Checkout takes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in UAE dirhams, so an Omani bank card is converted to rials by the issuing bank at its own rate; the brand does not publish the rate, so compare the dirham total to the rial figure you expect before paying.
Pay-later is not published for Oman. The Oman payment information we read lists cards and the two wallets and does not mention Tabby or Tamara, which appear on the Saudi and UAE sites; we record them as not published rather than unavailable. Any duty or tax requested at delivery is paid on receipt, outside the site checkout, and refusing it converts the order into a return with all fees deducted. Bank-card promotions, where an Omani bank offers one, are applied by the bank to the statement and need no brand code; the bank-offer table on this page, maintained from separate data, shows what is current for Oman. With no VIP tier published for Oman, there is no free-express route here; the 2-to-4-day service is a paid option at checkout.

There is none. Metro Brazil has published no coupon for Oman and we track no reported one. The only offer on file is free delivery above 299 in site currency per the banner, with the brand's FAQ giving a higher Oman figure, so the checkout page decides. Lower prices sit in the Offers section without a code. If a code is published we will add it with the date and a basket test.
Nothing published for Oman differs by customer status. The free-delivery banner and the Offers prices apply to everyone. The VIP tier that gives free express shipping to high-spending accounts is defined on the brand's VIP page for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar only; Oman is not mentioned, so a repeat Omani customer has no published perk and a first-time one has no welcome code.
No. The single Oman offer we track is marked for all channels, Offers-section prices are set on the products, and the brand publishes no app-exclusive code. The website shows everything available for Oman; switching devices changes nothing about the price, the free-delivery bar or the customs charges that apply to every Oman parcel.
Two figures exist. The banner on the Oman site says free delivery above 299 in site currency, which is UAE dirhams; the brand's FAQ gives a higher threshold for Oman. The fee under the bar is not published on the policy pages. Enter your address at checkout and read whether a shipping line appears; that total, converted to rials by your bank, is what you pay, before any customs charge at delivery.
Once within 7 days of receipt, for items that are not shapewear, at your cost. The parcel takes 3 to 6 working days to reach the warehouse and a further day to process before a refund is issued. Shapewear is final sale. A shipment refused or returned by the courier is refunded minus all fees, and a destroyed shipment is not refunded, so an unwanted parcel should be accepted and returned properly, not refused.
No. Metro Brazil offers no cash on delivery in Oman or anywhere else. You pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in UAE dirhams. Separately, customs duties or taxes may be requested when the parcel arrives; that is not a payment for the goods, and refusing it turns the order into a return with all fees deducted from your refund.
Not published. The Oman payment information we read lists cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay and does not mention Tabby or Tamara, which the brand publishes for Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We record pay-later as not published for Oman rather than unavailable, since the brand has not said either way. Ask support before ordering if an instalment option is essential.
Because no Metro Brazil code exists for Oman, so whatever was entered is unproven and will usually be refused. Confirm the country selector shows Oman, not another dirham site, and if what you see is a shipping charge, your basket is under the Oman bar the FAQ places above the 299 banner. For a delivery problem rather than a code, keep your phone reachable; a parcel the courier cannot deliver is refunded minus all fees.
