H&M promo codes: every country compared
H&M is a Swedish fashion brand selling clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men and kids through separate country stores in the region: sa.hm.com for Saudi Arabia, ae.hm.com for the UAE and kw.hm.com for Kuwait. Alongside the sites runs the H&M MENA app, with order tracking, a wish list and offer alerts, and in Kuwait a choice between home delivery and click and collect. Of our seven countries, this guide covers Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait.
Yes. In November 2026 the strongest H&M code we list is Free delivery on orders above SAR 199 in Saudi Arabia: Free delivery on orders above SAR 199. Published by the store itself, seen 18 Oct 2026. Each country below has its own page with every code and bank offer.
As of 7 Nov 2026: 18 offers across 3 countries.

This page gathers everything coupon sites were circulating for H&M in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait as of 18 October 2026, together with what the brand itself publishes about delivery, returns and payment in each country. The picture is simple: H&M in the region does not publish a general official code, and its only official offer is free delivery above a threshold that differs by country: SAR 199 in Saudi Arabia, AED 149 in the UAE and KWD 15.990 in Kuwait. The circulating codes sit between 5% and 15%, and some apply only to full-price items or to a first order.
We write for the shopper who wants to know before paying: which code suits the basket, when crossing the delivery threshold saves more than the code itself, and why a code is sometimes refused and what to do next. Every figure here comes from H&M pages or from the dated offer list, and the DNBF code we tested on 25 October 2026 and found not working is named plainly so you do not waste time on it.
How to enter a code at H&M
- Open the H&M store for your country (sa, ae or kw) or the H&M MENA app, and add your items to the bag first.
- Go to the bag and then to checkout, and look for the code or voucher field in the order summary; the offer data does not name the field, so use the text box next to the total.
- Paste the code exactly as written, four letters or digits with no spaces, press apply, then confirm a discount line appears and the rate matches what you expected.
- If the code is refused, try another from the table before rearranging the bag; every code listed here is an instant discount on the total, and no cashback is involved.
- Check the delivery line in the final summary: crossing the free-delivery threshold can be worth more than a 5% code.
What makes H&M codes different
The first thing a shopper notices is that H&M publishes no official code on its Saudi, UAE or Kuwait stores. The only offer that comes from the brand directly is free delivery above a threshold, and that offer has no code: it applies on its own in the order summary. Everything else is a reported code, listed by a single coupon site per code, and none had been run through a real basket as of the reading date, with one exception: DNBF, which we tested on 25 October 2026 and which failed in all three countries. That is why each code is shown with the number of sites listing it and the date it was last seen.
The second point is that the codes are small and alike: 5% on everything, 10% on full-price items, or 15% on fashion and accessories in the UAE only. A397 and A4SY appear in all three countries with identical conditions, which suggests regional partner codes rather than local promotions. Nothing in the list is a cashback code and nothing is restricted to the app; the channel field on every offer reads all. The only cap on record is KWD 5 on A4J7 in Kuwait, and no code carries a minimum spend, so the only minimum that matters is the free-delivery threshold.
Choosing the right code for your basket
Start with one question: is your basket below or above the free-delivery threshold? A Saudi example: a SAR 180 basket with A397 at 10% on full-price items saves SAR 18, but delivery costs SAR 19 because the threshold is SAR 199; adding a SAR 25 item lifts the basket to SAR 205, delivery becomes free and the discount rises to SAR 20.50. A Kuwait example: a KWD 12 basket with A4H4 at 5% saves only KWD 0.600 while delivery costs KWD 1.900; crossing KWD 15.990 is worth more than three times the code.
Next, look at the items. A397 at 10% is limited to non-discounted items in all three countries, so a basket of sale pieces needs one of the 5% codes instead: A4SY in all three countries, AAS8 and ZEZD in Saudi Arabia, A4H4 in Kuwait, and in Saudi Arabia AG8E is listed for selected sale styles. For a first H&M order in Saudi Arabia, ZSM6 and A37F both quote 10%; the difference is that A37F requires full-price items. Caps matter only in Kuwait: A4J7 stops at KWD 5, reached on a KWD 100 basket, so the uncapped A4H4 is the better pick there. Every code here is an instant discount shown in the summary; there is no cashback to wait for and no app-only code.
H&M country by country: the differences that matter
Delivery is the biggest difference between the three countries. In Saudi Arabia standard delivery costs SAR 19 and is free on orders above SAR 199. In the UAE the fee is AED 19 and the threshold AED 149, though some product pages show AED 99, and the order summary decides. In Kuwait the fee is KWD 1.900 and the threshold KWD 15.990. Do not carry one country's numbers into another: the Kuwait threshold equals one or two items while the Saudi one usually needs three or more.
Returns: Saudi Arabia and the UAE both publish 14 days, online or in store, while Kuwait accepts returns online or in store without publishing a day count. In Saudi Arabia the delivery fee is not refunded on a return unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong; in the UAE the original shipping fee is refunded when the whole order goes back, and Monki, & Other Stories and Nike items can only be returned online. Free returns: not published in any of the three. Cash on delivery is listed in Saudi Arabia and the UAE and not published for Kuwait; Apple Pay is listed in the UAE and Kuwait and not published for Saudi Arabia; Tabby and Tamara are not published anywhere. Click and collect is confirmed in the UAE and Kuwait.
Bank-card offers and pay-later
Bank-card offers at H&M work differently from codes: the bank announces the offer, and it is applied when you pay with that card or refunded later on your statement, never through the code field. Because checkout normally accepts one discount method per order, a bank offer and a code rarely share a basket. Calculate both separately and take the larger. A 5% code on a SAR 300 basket is worth SAR 15; if your card offer is worth more, pay with the card and leave the code out.
The live bank offers for each country sit in a separate table on that country page, generated from its own data, and we do not repeat its figures here. Pay-later is simpler: the H&M sources we read for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait do not publish Tabby or Tamara, and while the UAE site carries a buy now pay later page, the sources did not name its provider, so we treat the service as not published in all three. What is published: Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay in the UAE and Kuwait, and cards in general in the Saudi terms of sale. If an instalment option does appear at checkout, it runs on its provider's terms; the code is normally applied to the total first and the net amount then split.
Why a code is rejected and what to do
A refusal at H&M usually has one of a few causes. First, the code has expired or never worked, as expected with codes posted by a single site and never basket-tested: DNBF is the plain example, failing our test on 25 October 2026 in all three countries. The fix is to try the next code in the table. Second, you are on the wrong country store: a code posted for Saudi Arabia may not be accepted on ae.hm.com, so check the store address starts with your country code. Third, the code is for a first order only, as with ZSM6 and A37F in Saudi Arabia; if you already have an account, switch to an all-customer code such as A4SY.
Fourth, excluded items: A397 is listed for non-discounted items in all three countries and A37F likewise in Saudi Arabia, so an all-sale basket is either refused or discounted only on full-price items. Move the sale items to a separate order or pick a 5% code that covers everything. Fifth, a minimum: no code here carries one, so a minimum message is about free delivery, not the code. Sixth, one code per order: remove any code already applied, then try again. No code is app-only, so if the app refuses it, try the website before giving up.
Questions shoppers ask
Does H&M publish an official code in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Kuwait?
No. The sources we read on 18 October 2026 carry no official code from the brand in any of the three countries. The only official offer is free delivery above a threshold (SAR 199, AED 149, KWD 15.990), and it applies on its own with no code. Every other code in our tables is a reported one from a coupon site, each listed by a single site, and we show the date each was last seen so you know how fresh it is before you try it.
What is the highest H&M discount currently circulating?
The highest rate on the list is 15% with A291 in the UAE on fashion and accessories with no minimum, last seen on 18 October 2026. Next come the 10% codes on full-price items (A397 in all three countries) and the two first-order codes in Saudi Arabia (ZSM6 and A37F). A4D1 in the UAE is quoted by its posting site at conflicting rates between 10% and 20%, so we do not count it as the top code until its figure is confirmed in an order summary.
Does the same code work in more than one country?
Some codes are posted for all three countries: A397 at 10% on full-price items, and A4SY at 5%, which its posting site also lists for Qatar. Each code is still applied on the store of the country you shop from, and the Saudi sa.hm.com, UAE ae.hm.com and Kuwait kw.hm.com stores are separate, so a code posted for one country is not guaranteed on another. Use your own country table, and if a code is refused, try the next one in that table rather than one from another country.
Can I combine two codes, or a code and a bank offer, at H&M?
Every listed code is an instant discount on the total, and the usual behaviour on H&M stores is one code per order; while one code is applied, a second is not accepted until you remove the first. Bank offers are applied by the bank at payment or refunded later and do not pass through the code field, and they rarely combine with a code. Work out what each is worth on your basket and take the larger, and check the bank-offer table on your country page for what is live.
How do I tell whether a code is usable before trying it?
Look at three things in the table: the last-seen date (most codes were seen on 18 October 2026; AAS8 and AG8E in Saudi Arabia date from 7 September 2026), how many sites list it (every code here comes from one site), and the test result where one exists. The only code actually tested is DNBF, and it failed on 25 October 2026 in all three countries. The rest have not been basket-tested, so treat each as a possibility, not a promise, and test it before building a purchase around it.
Is a code worth more than free delivery?
Not always. Standard delivery costs SAR 19 in Saudi Arabia, AED 19 in the UAE and KWD 1.900 in Kuwait, and a 5% code needs a basket of SAR 380, AED 380 or KWD 38 just to equal that fee. Below those amounts, crossing the free-delivery threshold (SAR 199, AED 149, KWD 15.990) matters more than the code. A discount and free delivery normally sit together when the basket after the discount is still above the threshold, so check the order summary before you pay.
Can I return something bought with a code, and what happens to the discount?
The returns policies do not exclude orders placed with a code. In Saudi Arabia and the UAE the window is 14 days, online or in store; in Kuwait returns go online or in store with no day count published. The refund is what you paid after the discount, not the original price. The delivery fee is refunded in Saudi Arabia only for a faulty or wrong item, and in the UAE when the whole order is returned. Free returns are not published in any of the three.
Are the codes limited to the H&M MENA app?
No. The channel field on every listed offer reads all, so no code is tied to the app or to the website. The app earns its place for other reasons: order tracking, a wish list and offer alerts as its Saudi listing describes, click and collect in Kuwait, and Apple Pay in the UAE and Kuwait. If the app refuses a code, try it on the website before writing it off, because a refusal is usually about the code itself rather than the channel.
