## noon codes in Egypt: what works and what does not

noon Egypt differs from the Gulf stores in one basic way: on the pages we read on 18 October 2026, noon publishes no section code of its own for Egypt. Its official saving is a card instead: the CIB noon credit card gives 5% off instantly up to EGP 150 per order and up to 15 months at 0% on noon purchases. The codes in circulation are all reported, each by one independent site: 33AA and ACC7 at 10% on eligible items, CEG as an extra 10% on most orders with no end date, and AB473 with no clear percentage stated. None has been basket-tested by us, and the 33AA listing shows inconsistent percentages on its own page, so expect some to fail.
The rules are clearer than the codes. One coupon or discount applies per order. A unique code works once per phone number. Bank discounts apply automatically when you pay with the physical card and are cancelled if a coupon or noon credits are used, so adding a code to a CIB payment trades 5% for whatever the code gives; on a EGP 2,000 basket that favours a 10% code (EGP 200) over the card (EGP 100).

## Delivery and fees in Egypt

noon Egypt has no single published delivery price. The fee depends on the item, city and weight, and noon shows it on the product page and again at checkout rather than in a fixed table, so the only reliable number is the one on your own order. There is no published free-delivery minimum for Egypt either, so do not expect the fee to vanish above a certain basket. Items with an Express label can arrive the same day or the next day; the rest follow the standard schedule shown at checkout.
Because the fee varies, compare it item by item before adding a code: a heavy item shipped to a distant city may carry a fee that a 10% code on a EGP 600 basket (EGP 60) does not cover, while a light item in a major city may cost little to deliver. Shipping fees are not refunded once an order is delivered, so a return still leaves you paying for the outbound trip. Cash on delivery is available for orders under EGP 25,000, and any COD charge appears in the checkout summary; noon does not publish a fixed COD fee for Egypt in the pages we read.

## Returns and exchanges in Egypt

noon Egypt returns differ from the self-shipped GCC ones. You have 15 days from delivery for returnable items; you file the request from your account and noon arranges a pickup from your address, so no trip to a carrier. The item should be unused and in its original packaging, and the product page marks what cannot be returned. Whether the pickup is free is not published. Refund timing depends on payment method: a cash-on-delivery payment comes back as noon credits within 24 hours, not as cash; a card payment returns to the card within 5 to 7 working days; and a valU purchase is refunded through valU.
Two things follow. First, if you paid cash and expect money in hand, you will have store credit for the next order instead. Second, if you bought on a bank instalment plan and then return the item, the refund lands as noon credits while the instalment agreement with your bank continues on its schedule, so you may keep paying for a purchase you no longer hold until the bank settles it. Shipping fees are not refunded after delivery. noon publishes no direct exchange flow for Egypt; return and reorder is the route.

## Paying in Egypt: cash on delivery, pay-later and cards

noon Egypt is the one country in our set with documented pay-later, and it is not Tabby or Tamara; neither is listed for Egypt. Instalments come in two forms. Credit-card instalments run with six partner banks, CIB, Banque Misr, the National Bank of Egypt, ALEXBANK, Emirates NBD and Mashreq, on orders of EGP 500 or more, and they do not work with cash on delivery. valU is the buy-now-pay-later option, refunded through valU on a return. The CIB noon credit card adds its own terms: 5% off instantly up to EGP 150 and up to 15 months at 0% on noon.
Cash on delivery is available on orders under EGP 25,000, can be restricted on some items or when you have several open orders, and certain products require prepayment. Bank discounts apply automatically when you pay with the physical card; they do not combine with a coupon or noon credits, and do not apply when the card is used through Apple Pay.
