# Namshi promo codes: every country compared

Clothing, shoes, bags and beauty from international and regional labels: that is what Namshi sells, through a website and an app. The company works out of Dubai and belongs to the noon group, which is why cashback from Namshi codes is paid into the noon Wallet. Of the countries Arab Coupon covers, Namshi delivers to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, each with its own free-delivery minimum and payment options.

Is there a Namshi code that works right now?
Yes. In November 2026 the strongest Namshi code we list is FIRST in Saudi Arabia: 20% off a first app order, max SAR 75. Published by the store itself, seen 18 Oct 2026. Each country below has its own page with every code and bank offer.
As of 7 Nov 2026: 28 offers across 6 countries and 1 offer from bank cards.

Namshi codes fall into three groups, and knowing which one you hold saves most of the confusion at checkout. The brand itself publishes one code, FIRST, which gives 20% off a first order placed in the app, and in the UAE it also runs a card offer for FAB Rewards Indulge holders. Everything else listed for Namshi is reported by independent coupon pages: a handful of instant codes such as ALM154 and CAD1, and several cashback codes that credit the noon Wallet after delivery instead of lowering the bill.
The delivery rules differ sharply by country. Free delivery starts at SAR 200 in Saudi Arabia and AED 150 in the UAE, while Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar have higher bars in local currency and a flat USD 8 fee below them. Cash on delivery exists only in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This page covers the brand as a whole; each country page holds its own facts, read on 18 October 2026.

## How to enter a code at Namshi

- Add items to the basket in the Namshi app or on namshi.com. For the official FIRST code use the app, since it does not work on the website.
- Go to the checkout page and open the code field before choosing a payment method; the facts we read do not name the field, and it appears in the order summary.
- Type the code exactly and apply it, then check that the total has changed. FIRST applies to discountable items only and needs a confirmed mobile number on the account and a subtotal equal to AED 100 or more.
- An instant code lowers the total on the spot. A cashback code leaves the bill unchanged; the value is added to the noon Wallet 14 days after delivery according to the Saudi facts, and it cannot be moved to a bank.
- Namshi takes one code per order, and in the UAE the FAB Rewards Indulge card offer cannot be combined with any code, so pick whichever saves more on your basket before paying.

## What makes Namshi codes different

Namshi publishes very little itself. Its help centre lists one code, FIRST, with narrow terms: a first order only, placed in the app, once per customer, on discountable items, a minimum equal to AED 100, and a mobile number from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain or Egypt confirmed on the account. The cap is AED 75 in the UAE and SAR 75 in Saudi Arabia; the Bahrain and Kuwait listings state none. Once used, the address and phone on that account are locked. Qatar and Oman are not on the phone list, so shoppers there have no official code at all.
Every other Namshi code is reported: an independent page lists it and the brand has not published it. Two patterns stand out. Many are cashback rather than discounts: ACP33, AC285, ACP44, AC52 and AC145 leave the bill unchanged and credit the noon Wallet after delivery, with caps as low as AED 10 or KWD 2.000. And one code can be described differently in each country; CAD1 is listed as 20% on a first order and 10% afterwards with a SAR 50 cap in Saudi Arabia, but simply as 20% at most everywhere else. Each entry on our pages shows its seen date and whether we have basket-tested it; as of 18 October 2026, none had been.

## Choosing the right code for your basket

Start with the cap, because at Namshi it decides more than the percentage. In Saudi Arabia a first app order of SAR 300 in discountable items with FIRST takes 20%, or SAR 60, under the SAR 75 cap, so you pay SAR 240. At SAR 500, 20% would be SAR 100, but the cap trims it to SAR 75 and you pay SAR 425. The reported ALM154 also promises 20% but caps at SAR 50, so on that SAR 300 basket it saves SAR 50 against FIRST's SAR 60. Any order that is not a first app order rules FIRST out, leaving reported instant codes against cashback.
In the UAE a AED 400 basket with ALM154 saves AED 50, the cap, so the bill is AED 350. A cashback code such as AC52, 5% capped at AED 10, leaves the bill at AED 400 and sends AED 10 to the noon Wallet after delivery, useful only if you will shop there again. The FAB Rewards Indulge offer on the same basket is 20%, or AED 80, under its AED 100 cap, so AED 320, but it cannot be combined with any code. Three checks before deciding: instant or cashback, new or existing customer, app or web, since FIRST works only in the app and reported codes are listed for both.

## Namshi country by country: the differences that matter

Saudi Arabia and the UAE are the two full-service markets. In Saudi Arabia delivery is free from SAR 200 and costs SAR 30 below that; cash on delivery is offered for SAR 34; Tabby and Tamara are accepted. In the UAE the bar is AED 150 with a AED 12 fee under it, cash on delivery costs AED 15, and Tabby and Tamara are accepted too. Both also sell express delivery: same-day for SAR 24 or AED 18 on orders above SAR 350 or AED 350, and next-day for SAR 18 or AED 14 above SAR 200 or AED 200.
The other four countries share one fee structure and one gap. Orders under the free-delivery bar pay a flat USD 8, charged in dollars, and the bar is KWD 30.000 in Kuwait, BHD 35.000 in Bahrain, OMR 35.000 in Oman and QAR 350 in Qatar. Namshi's payment page says cash on delivery is not currently available in any of the four, and whether Tabby or Tamara is offered there is not published in the facts we read; Apple Pay is listed for all six countries. Returns are 14 days from delivery everywhere, with one size exchange noted for Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar, and whether return pickup is free is not published for any country.

## Bank-card offers and pay-later

The one bank offer Namshi documents is in the UAE: holders of the FAB Rewards Indulge credit card get 20% off, capped at AED 100, on orders of AED 300 or more, twice a calendar month. It has no code; the discount is tied to paying with that card. Its terms show how card offers behave at Namshi: the FAB discount cannot be combined with a promo code, noon Wallet credit, Apple Pay or pay-later plans. A card offer and a code are therefore an either-or choice, and the maths in the previous section says which wins. On a AED 300 basket the card gives AED 60; FIRST on a first app order gives the same 20% capped at AED 75.
Pay-later is a country matter. Tabby and Tamara are accepted in Saudi Arabia and the UAE according to the facts read on 18 October 2026. In Kuwait the payment page lists cards, Apple Pay and Namshi credit and does not mention either service. For Bahrain, Oman and Qatar their availability is not published in what we read, so treat it as unknown until checkout shows it. Bank offers change by month and by issuer; the table on each country page is generated from a separate feed and is the place to check what is current, not this text.

## Why a code is rejected and what to do

With FIRST, a rejection almost always traces to its terms. The order must be the account's first, placed in the app rather than the website, and the mobile number on the account must be confirmed and belong to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain or Egypt; a Qatari or Omani number fails. The items must be discountable, so a basket of excluded lines returns nothing, and the subtotal must reach the equivalent of AED 100. If one of these is the cause, the fix is mechanical: switch to the app, remove excluded items, or add to the basket. An account that has already used FIRST gets no second attempt.
Reported codes fail for duller reasons. Each was listed by a single independent site and none has been basket-tested, so a code may have expired or never applied in your country; check its country entry and seen date before typing it. Namshi takes one code per order, so remove the current one before trying another. A cashback code that is accepted without changing the total is not broken: the value arrives in the noon Wallet after delivery. If a FAB card discount is active in the UAE, no code applies on top; choose one or the other. When nothing applies, the free-delivery minimum is still a saving worth planning around.

## Questions shoppers ask

**Does Namshi publish an official discount code?**

One. FIRST gives 20% off a first order placed in the Namshi app, once per customer, on discountable items, with a minimum equal to AED 100 and a confirmed mobile number from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain or Egypt. The cap is AED 75 in the UAE and SAR 75 in Saudi Arabia, and no cap is stated in the Bahrain and Kuwait listings. Every other code on our Namshi pages is reported by an independent site, not published by the brand.

**What is the difference between an instant code and a cashback code at Namshi?**

An instant code lowers the total at checkout: ALM154, for example, is listed at 20% off with a cap of SAR 50 or AED 50. A cashback code is accepted at checkout but leaves the bill unchanged; the value is added later to the noon Wallet, which the Saudi facts describe as arriving 14 days after delivery, and it cannot be moved to a bank. Codes such as ACP33, AC285, ACP44, AC52 and AC145 work this way, so value them as future credit, not as a discount.

**Can I use FIRST on the Namshi website?**

No. The brand's terms limit FIRST to orders placed in the Namshi app, and a website order with the same account does not qualify. The code is also for the first order only, so an account that has already ordered will see it rejected. Reported codes are listed for both the website and the app, though none had been tested in a basket as of 18 October 2026. If a reported code fails on the website, trying it in the app is a reasonable second step.

**Can I combine two codes, or a code with the FAB card offer?**

Namshi applies one code per order. In the UAE the FAB Rewards Indulge offer, 20% capped at AED 100 on AED 300 or more, is applied through the card itself, and its terms rule out any code, noon Wallet credit, Apple Pay and pay-later alongside it. Work out which saves more on your basket and use that one alone; on a AED 400 basket the card gives AED 80 and ALM154 gives AED 50, while FIRST on a first app order gives AED 75.

**Where does Namshi deliver free of charge?**

The bar is set per country in local currency: SAR 200 in Saudi Arabia, AED 150 in the UAE, KWD 30.000 in Kuwait, BHD 35.000 in Bahrain, OMR 35.000 in Oman and QAR 350 in Qatar. Below it, Saudi orders pay SAR 30, UAE orders AED 12, and the other four countries a flat USD 8 charged in dollars. These figures were read from Namshi's help pages on 18 October 2026, and standard delivery times are not published there.

**Does Namshi offer cash on delivery?**

Only in two countries. Saudi Arabia charges SAR 34 for it and the UAE AED 15, and in both it is not offered with locker or leave-at-door delivery. For Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar, Namshi's payment page says cash on delivery is not currently available, so a card, Apple Pay or Namshi credit is needed to place an order there. In the two countries that have it, the fee is higher than the delivery charge on a small basket.

**How long is the Namshi return window?**

Fourteen days from delivery for eligible items in every country we cover. Beauty products are listed as non-returnable in the Saudi and UAE facts, and Saudi Arabia adds that removing a security tag can cost up to 30% of the price. One size exchange is noted for Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. Whether return pickup is free is not published for any country, while the Bahrain facts say the refund goes back to the original payment method after a quality check of about four to five days.

**Which pay-later services does Namshi accept?**

Tabby and Tamara are accepted in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, according to the facts read on 18 October 2026. For Kuwait the payment page lists cards, Apple Pay and Namshi credit without naming either service, and for Bahrain, Oman and Qatar their availability is not published in what we read. Apple Pay is listed in all six countries. Pay-later cannot be combined with the UAE FAB card offer, so if you want the bank discount, pay with that card itself.
